2021 Food Trailer food truck

We are selling our beautiful Food Trailer for $32,400k OBO. The Food Trailer is 20′ length with a 40” Wood Fired Brick Oven Attached. It also has a Pizza Prep, Stainless Steel Shelves, Fridge/Freezer, Small Beverage Fridge, 3 compartment sink, Hand Wash Sink, Soap and Napkin Dispenser, AC Unit, Generator.

The oven attached to the Food Truck is hand made with commercial UL materials. It has a 40″x48″ cooking area, true refractory firebrick dome, refractory mortar, 2.25″ thick cooking floor, 2″ceramic fiberboard floor insulation,4-6″ ceramic fiber blanket dome insulation. Stainless steel plate front and trim.

The Pizza Prep is a Hoshizaki 4 drawer refrigerated prep table 67”. Brand new was $7,200. Dimensions: 67″ W x 32.25″ D x 43.5″ H. Net capacity of 19.9 cubic feet. Drawer slides are constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel with acetal rollers. Each drawer accommodates: (2) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pans (we are including the containers used in the drawers, some stainless steel and some plastic ones, in different sizes to accommodate different ingredients as needed). Extruded aluminum flush mount drawer handle. Stainless steel exterior drawer with stainless steel interior. Stainless steel interior with stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top. 67″ x 19″ x 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Find more details in the pictures.

The upright fridge is a True T-23DT-HC 27″ One Section Commercial Combo Refrigerator Freezer – Left Hinge Solid Doors, Dual Temp, 115v. Original price was $5k. The lower freezer section maintains -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigerated section on top maintains a temperature range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Each interior section of the T-23DT-HC refrigerator freezer is lined with clear-coat aluminum. Both floors are made of stainless steel with coved corners, and the entire unit is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for holding open foods. Find more details in the pictures.
